Music offers extremely large bulbs with huge cloves that are easy to peel. Bulbs range from white to white with a purple blush. Large varieties such as Music are often mistaken for elephant garlic due to the jumbo bulbs.
Each bulb contains approximately 4-6 jumbo cloves and is known for its medium spiciness, with a hot finish when eaten raw.
Properly cured, this popular garlic variety can be stored for 4-6 months.
