This is a late maturing garlic that is the last variety harvested in our field. Long storing, great for garlic braids.
When properly cured Nootka Rose can store for 9-12 months.

Softneck variety garlics are often the best option for gardeners in warmer climates. Plant in USDA growing zones 5-10, not recommened in very cold climates.
