Harvested in July, our culinary garlic is known for its excellent storage potential—lasting 6 to 9 months or longer when kept in a cool, dry place.

A flavorful mix of softneck garlic, perfect for everyday cooking.  Each bulb contains 6 to 12 cloves in a variety of sizes, making it easy to grab just what you need for any recipe.

This is a mix of culinary softneck garlic, these are not seconds, but bulbs that messure under 2 inches diameter.  There are no guarantees on the varieties' ratios as they depend on available culinary stock.

    Smaller garlic bulbs typically keep longer than larger ones. This mix, harvested in July, can last 6 to 9+ months when stored in a cool, dry place—giving you long-lasting, ready-to-use garlic throughout the seasons.

We enrich our soil with cover crops (green manure), crop rotation, bloodmeal, and organic fish-based foliar sprays. Our garlic is never treated with anti-sprouting agents, ensuring it’s clean, pure, and safe for your kitchen.

    Every bulb is hand-harvested, hand-cleaned, and hand-packaged right here on our farm in Rupert, Idaho. From our field to your fork, this garlic never leaves the farm until it's on its way directly to your door.
