Shipping & Returns
Garlic will begin shipping by September 1st. We send out orders as they came in, 1st ordered 1st shipped. We will continue shipping garlic seed through December or until we sell out, whichever comes first.
All pre-orders will be shipped in September.
Once we are current, and have shipped all pre-orders, we will then begin mailing new orders, within 5 business days. Orders are shipped USPS and UPS ground, you will receive an email to track your order. We do our best to keep shipping costs inline with current rates, both USPS and UPS ground are a 3-5 day delivery. The cheapest shipping rate is automatically selected and will depend upon the weight of garlic purchased.
We include detailed planting instructions with each order. Information also includes "how to store garlic seed before planting" as most gardeners will recieve seed garlic weeks / months prior to planting.
Extreme cold areas may need to plant in September (such as Alaska) - please call us so we can make sure your order is shipped before your ground freezes. 208-260-8966
Return & Exchange Policy
We try our best to insure each order is packaged correctly, but we are human and sometimes add the wrong variety or quantity to a box. If this happens please contact us directly at 208-260-8966 or firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can ship the correct garlic to you as quickly as possible.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your seed garlic, please let us know. We are happy to replace or refund garlic within 10 days as long as the garlic has not been planted or seperated. We cannot refund after garlic has been planted - no exceptions. We may request garlic be returned for inspection on a case by case basis.
We want you to have success when growing garlic, but we cannot guarantee how garlic will preform in your area - there are just too many variables - soil, weather, climate, watering, time of planting, sun exposure, etc. Please feel free to call or email with any questions.
