SHIPPING POLICY

Garlic Seed Shipping Update


Shipping begins by September 1st and continues through December, or until we sell out—whichever comes first. Orders are shipped in the order they were received (first-come, first-served).

Pre-orders open in early spring, and many customers place their orders months in advance. If you placed your order later in the season (e.g., in September), please note that it may take several weeks to ship, depending on our order queue.

We appreciate your patience and are committed to delivering high-quality, disease-free garlic seed to every customer.

 

All pre-orders will start shipping in September. 

 

Shipping Process & Planting Instructions

Once we’ve fulfilled all pre-orders, we begin shipping new orders within 5 business days. All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS Ground, with tracking information emailed upon dispatch. We automatically select the most cost-effective shipping method based on your order’s weight. Both USPS and UPS Ground typically deliver within 3–5 business days.

Each order includes comprehensive planting instructions, as well as guidance on how to properly store your garlic seed until planting time. Since many customers receive their garlic weeks—or even months—before planting, we strongly encourage you to open your package upon arrival and follow the included storage instructions carefully.

For customers in extremely cold regions (such as Alaska), where planting may be necessary in early September, please contact us directly at (208) 260-8966 to ensure timely shipping before the ground freezes.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer Service & Guarantee

We take great care in accurately packing each order, but as a small farm run by real people, occasional errors can happen. If you receive the wrong variety or quantity, please contact us directly at (208) 260-8966 or garlicgodsfarm@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right by promptly shipping the correct garlic to you.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your seed garlic, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund within 10 days of delivery, provided the garlic has not been planted or separated into cloves. We are unable to offer refunds once garlic has been planted—no exceptions. In some cases, we may request the return of garlic for inspection.

Our goal is for every customer to have a successful garlic-growing experience. However, we cannot guarantee how garlic will perform in your specific location due to the many variables involved—soil conditions, weather, climate, irrigation, planting time, and sun exposure, among others.
