Shipping & Returns
Garlic will begin shipping by September 1st. We send out orders as they came in, 1st ordered 1st shipped.
All pre-orders will be shipped by the middle of September. Once we are current on shipping new orders will be sent within 5 business days. Orders are shipped USPS and you will receive an email to track your order.
We include detailed instructions with each order, and information on how to store garlic seed before planting. We will continue shipping garlic seed through December.
Extreme cold areas may need to plant in September (such as Alaska) - please call us so we can make sure your order is shipped before your ground freezes
Return & Exchange Policy
We try our best to insure each order is packaged correctly, but we are human and sometimes add the wrong variety or quantity to a box. If this happens please contact us directly at 208-260-8966 or email@example.com so that we can ship the correct garlic to you as quickly as possible.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your seed garlic, please let us know. We are happy to replace or refund garlic within 10 days as long as the garlic has not been planted or seperated. We cannot refund after garlic has been planted - no exceptions. We may request garlic be returned for inspection on a case by case basis.
We want you to have success when growing garlic, but we cannot guarantee how garlic will preform in your area - there are just too many variables - soil, weather, climate, watering, time of planting, sun exposure, etc. Please feel free to call or email with any questions.
