Softneck Seed Garlic varieties are great for fall and spring planting. For best results:
- plant fall garlic before the ground freezes for the winter.
- plant spring garlic before the end of March.
Softneck variety garlics are often the best option for gardeners in warmer climates. Plant in USDA growing zones 6-10, not recommended in very cold climates.
