Sweet and mild.
A great braiding garlic since it produces a combination of small, medium, and large bulbs at harvest. The largest bulbs will be produced from the large outer cloves. This is a great garlic to bake or roast.
An early sason softneck that has smooth white outer paper over purple tinted cloves.
Adapts well to summer heat and is known for long storage when properly cured.
Stores 9-12 months.
Early Italian Seed Garlic
Produce large bulbs that will store for many months when properly cured. All seed is shipped as full bulbs, and will begin shipping in September for fall planting.
Softneck variety garlics are often the best option for gardeners in warmer climates. Plant in USDA growing zones 5-10, not recommened in very cold climates.
